Agreement To Terms
By accessing or using SkinnyBite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SkinnyBite.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SkinnyBite in the United States. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use SkinnyBite only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
General Wellness Guidance Only
SkinnyBite provides general restaurant ordering, wellness, and nutrition guidance. SkinnyBite does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, or clinical nutrition counseling. You should consult qualified professionals for medical, nutrition, allergy, or diet-specific advice.
Estimates And Restaurant Changes
Nutrition information, menu availability, restaurant data, and AI recommendations may be estimated, incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Restaurants can change recipes, portions, ingredients, allergens, and nutrition information without notice. You are responsible for checking restaurant information directly when needed.
Your Inputs
You may submit profile answers, menu text, restaurant names, menu screenshots, feedback, and other content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content. You grant SkinnyBite a license to process, host, analyze, display, and use that content to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve SkinnyBite.
Prohibited Uses
- Do not use SkinnyBite for medical emergencies or clinical decisions.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to SkinnyBite or its providers.
Subscriptions And Billing
Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store. Apple manages payment processing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Third-Party Services
SkinnyBite may rely on third-party services for hosting, AI processing, analytics, subscriptions, storage, diagnostics, maps, and support. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Intellectual Property
SkinnyBite, including its software, design, brand, content, and underlying technology, is owned by SkinnyBite or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SkinnyBite if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the service in a way that harms users, SkinnyBite, or third parties.
Disclaimer
SkinnyBite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that SkinnyBite will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available at all times.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinnyBite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for SkinnyBite in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SkinnyBite after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
