Subscriptions
SkinnyBite subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Recommendation Quality
Restaurant menus, recipes, portions, and nutrition data can change. If a recommendation looks wrong, send the restaurant name, menu item, and a short note so we can review the data.
Data Deletion
You can delete local app data from SkinnyBite settings. To request deletion of backend records associated with your app profile or support interactions, email privacy@skinnybite.app with your request.
